UPDATE:
Food Channel works! I got my Domino’s delivered, and the Parmesan Stuffed Crust pizza really is as good as everyone says 
I also have the problem with Kirby TV Channel. It still plays the music and still asks for parental PIN if activated. U just can’t click a button and no videos are shown.
EDIT: I am not sure but I think that the Mii business Cards dont come to my E-Mail. So it means, everything is working and only the Servers are down.
I also have a PAL Wii and the country it set to germany, which supports Kirby TV Channel. So Kirby TV Channel and Photo Prints Channel are just down.
