So for whatever reason the banners for the CMOC and EBVC don’t update for me. The weird thing is that although the CMOC’s banner never updated, the EBVC did for a while before it just stopped working. Even weirder is that the banner for the Nintendo Channel is working completely fine. I’m not using the standard Dolphin NAND either. Also, I’m not receiving any message board messages from the CMOC either.
