Hello WiiLink support team. I have run into a problem when running WiiLink Mail Patcher where it says “Internet connection error. Make sure your network settings are valid by running a connection test” when clearly I’m connected to the internet. Is there a way I can fix this?
Hi! Are you using a Wii or a Wii U?
Have u enabled something, that marks internet connection as “tested”? In priiloader it is. Does Wii Shop Channel or anything other, that uses internet connectivity work? The error usally comes, if your router settings are incompatible.

Hmmm. I just have one thing you may be able to try but I am not a mod. Make sure your connected with a primary dns: 167.235.229.36 and secondary: 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 but I recommend 1.1.1.1. Also once you have that dns try going to wiiconnect24 button and agreeing the terms of service. If it does not work try and contact the mods again. It is likely your doing this I just thought I would make a suggestion.
