Writing back here to say I’ve added both of you to my console now.

I’ve added you, but it seems you haven’t added me yet. For future reference (and this goes for everyone who doesn’t know), if your friend’s name is gray, that means the other person hasn’t added you yet. It turns black once both people have each other added on their consoles.
