This happens on Nintendo channel Wii room and news channel

I tried looking up the error code and I didn’t find any results on how to fix this. I will say this, the news channel is currently down due to an API change. You can look at the WiiLink server statuses here.

I know that the News Channel is down with no ETA as of now.

The news channel is back up apparently, I got an email saying so. I’m trying to figure out how to update a channel.

Just get the new wad and install it on your console.

I got “fantastic” news! WiiLink Accounts are down, The Food Channel both real and fake ordering are down, and Wii Mail is down (Wii to Wii and Email to Wii.)
