I saw this video by mrt84 where he made a working YouTube wad. It inspired me to want to make working wads for other TV channels like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. The problem is that I’m a total noob and would have no idea how to start making something like this. Can anyone help me with figuring out how to start or any resources which may be helpful? Or if this is even possible? Thanks!

This is really difficult, and you shall have the skills to do that. That’s not so simple like you think. I don’t even know how to do that. Also, trust me, it requires lots of time just to make it work. There’s already someone else who’s trying to make this channels work.
I say this as someone who made a Wii Menu Electronic manual but for the original Wii. Yes, I made a manual for the normal Wii, and you can find it on Internet Archive. The identifier (when you search) is redacted and you’ll find it. I recommend to see the message first that is on the archive. It wasn’t so simple at first, so I just imagine what would mean to make a Wii Channel that uses Internet work again… you have to know how to start, otherwise you just lose time.
Also, to make it work (but as you don’t know how to start I don’t think this will be possible, because you need to be an expert to do that) you shall use different links than the originals that were designed for the Wii, as now they’re really obsolete
I know, having ideas is great, but it doesn’t have to become an addiction what you do. I say this because about the manual I just decided to do 2 languages (English and Italian) by not adding more, as I don’t want to spend time doing 14 languages, even if I could. Instead, I realised I had to follow the real meaning of life, that is in God and Jesus, and you really feel free and find real peace and joy in life.
So at the end, I don’t recommend to you to do that. Trust me. I’m not discouraging you, but just warning you, before you’ll lose all that time for nothing, even if you had a project. Focus on your future, and with your relationship with God. Trust me, God and Jesus don’t make you feel uncomfortable like trying to make these channels work.
