I cannot log into wii link Using Wiilink account linker on wii I used to work but now it is broken

Hello I am having issues with wii link it gives me an error that says An error has occured invalid wii console. It used to work but after all the updates done over the years it stopped worked working last year and one error i got was to re register the wii and it should be fixed. Any ideas on how to fix this issue
