Please also replace thermal pads when opening a new wii

The other day i decided to open my close to launch wii to replace the thermal pads with new ones and ended up having to physically chisel one and the other 2 were dead as good as dead. I think I’m at the point where i feel i have to tell people that still care about this old console when cleaning it replacing them. This should not be considered optional. I’m unsure if this drives anyone else nuts when a lot of youtubers clean newly bought wiis and only focus on hygiene ignoring this elephant.

Not everyone has the necessary tools to open a Wii console.
