Recurring 231000 after a few minutes of runtime

The first time I start EVC after turning on my Wii U, any votes/predictions I try to send will return 231000: Network error. (Getting polls also returns 239001, but I assume that’s just a thing with Nintendo dead servers since it always loads fine?)

The only way I can figure out to temporarily fix it is restarting EVC, in which if I take my time to converse with my family and respond to all three/four active polls, the whole thing will implode and return 231000 again. This happens fairly consistently.

If I try to send anything again after this has happened, the app softlocks and I have to reset. Is this a known issue? Is the temp solution the only one as of now?

Yes, I also get it sometimes, not sure but I think it happens more often when multiple miis vote.

I don’t know a fix, but u can use home menu reset button, it is faster.

Unfortunately, EVC is just incredibly buggy in its current state. We plan to rewrite the server-side code at some point in the future, which should fix all the random errors, but for now you just have to endure it.
