Why?
Because then u can message your Wii friends even with photos or links which will start the internet channel.
U can ask them for Mario Kart Wii or UNO friend code.
U can also voice chat them with wii speak channel (requires both to have Wii speak micro)
U also can send voice messages even if the receiver doesn’t have Wii Speak. U can send it with a image.
It is also possible to send the music u made in Wii Music.
The Mii Channel will even add automatically the Miis from the friends’ Mii parade to your Mii parade. (requires a setting)
How to do?
- Boot up the Wii and press A.
- Go to message board (button right bottom)
- Click icon next to the calender
- Click the Adress book (right)
- Choose an empty space
- Fill the prompt
- If u are the one that adds the friend first u have to wait until your friend adds you by registring u too. If u are doing it after your friend did he will be added.
How to send image (without Wii Speak Channel)?
0. If u have the image on the sd card post it in the Wii Message board
- Find the image in the Wii Message board.
- Click on it and then click the image
- press Send and u can add a text to it
