I am reaching out to support because I am unable to join the Wiilink Discord Server. I was banned on my previous account as my account was compromised and sending spam links and photos which resulted in a rightful ban from the server.
I have deleted the compromised account to secure my data and information, and I have created a new account with all security measures in place (2FA phone number verification email verification and authenticator app verification.) I have recently learned as of trying to join the server on my new account that Discord bans are IP based blocking me from joining on the new account.

I understand why I was banned in the first place and sincerely apologize for any harm the compromised account caused. I would greatly appreciate it if a moderator from your team could lift the IP ban so I can re-join the community with a new, protected account.
