I was watching Homebrew Tea’s newest video and I’ve noticed that the video would buffer very often and would buffer for 5-15 seconds. This happens on every video on Wii Room.

does this happen on dolphin?
I haven’t seen if this happens on Dolphin yet. All I know is that it happens on my actual Wii.
Quick update, I watched the exact same video on dolphin and didn’t have any stuttering issues. This looks like a problem with my actual Wii. I’m not sure if its mine specifically or if this is happening to anyone else’s.
