hey, each time i try to play a video on Wii room, it just stays loading, i tried what i could, but it still does’nt work, can someone help?

no, my internet is running fine, idk whats wrong tho, i changed my Wii region to USA, California if that helps (im from Paraguay) and i did it bc mii contest channel and everybody votes channel were not available in my region, Kirby TV and Nintendo channel have the same problem too, only forecast and news work

I’m having the same issue, live in USA, got good internet, but Wii Room videos just buffer forever.

hmm, I am european and it works for me fine, without pauses. It loads a few seconds on video start but that it normal.
im just hoping the devs can fix it soon, ill change my Wii to my actual region soon to see if that works

I don’t think it is the devs fault though. I think there is not much anyone can do on wiilinks side since not everyone has this problem. This is not me diagnosing the issue but my guess is it is due to where servers are located but please don’t take this seriously and only devs truely know what you can do to fix this.

unrelated but even more bad news, i THINK my wii clock battery just died
It is easy to replace if your fully sure it died get a CR2032 battery and you need a small Phillips screw driver (+) to open it usually and you can replace it. Wii brew stated: “The Wii has a clock battery that can be unscrewed from the bottom and pulled out. This battery is a CR2032 battery, and should be replaced on many older systems where this battery has most likely died.” Good luck 
Will that void the warranty, I am just curious if nintendo “likes” it.
The warranty for every single Wii is most definitely expired by this point anyway lol. And I don’t believe it would anyway.
