WiiLink Address Settings.wad will not install

When installing the .wad file from the WiiLink24 patcher, it said it installed correctly, but when I inserted my SD card into the Wii, booted up the homebrew channel, and installed the .wad, it gave me this. When I tried to boot up The Food Channel, it worked, until it crashed when it was going to open the Address Settings. Please help!!!

Try to delete it and then install it again.

-1022 / -1029 while installing WADs

Using your favorite WAD manager, uninstall the channel, and install again. For yawmME, this means locating the channel WAD, and pressing the - (minus) button on your Wii remote, and pressing A to uninstall. Then, install the WAD again.
